In an attempt to control a violent and overpopulated Los Angeles of tomorrow the Forrestal & Brand Corporation dispatched independent contractors to bolster law enforcement.

But the solution quickly became the problem as these deadly operatives, nicknamed, “Scalphunters” have only made things worse with their ruthless eye-for-eye justice. 

To cut their losses, Forrestal & Brand Corporation are “decommissioning” the Scalphunters, but some are not going quietly.
